SHIPPING POLICY
Free standard delivery is available on all orders shipped to the United Kingdom. No delivery charge is added at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 14–30 calendar days. Items from one order may arrive separately. Tracking details, when available, are sent by email after dispatch.
For delivery questions, delays or damaged parcels, contact supportjrsatelierlondon@gmail.com. If we cannot meet the agreed timeframe, we will contact you with the available options.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us, return the item within a further 14 calendar days.
To start a return, contact supportjrsatelierlondon@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the designated return address. Do not send the item to the original shipping address.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items, JRS Atelier London will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the item or valid proof of postage. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
